REFUND POLICY
At Wonder Pet Supplies, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Used grooming products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
